DESCRIPTION
UpdateGlobals is only called by the Inspector of the ET++ Programming Environment. It updates the values of the instance variables gClassManager, gWindow, gDebug, gBatch, gScreenRect, gObservers, gEnviron from some global variables. The only purpose of this is that the values of those global variables can be viewed in the Inspector window when the application is the currently inspected object.
